Thanks to my sweet sister, Teresa. I am now addicted to http://www.craigslist.com/! I spent hours on there last night looking at towns near and far for a leather sofa and recliner (that I can't even afford to get yet)! Then I started looking for antique sewing machines, hoping I'd run across an inexpensive Singer feather weight. You can never have too many Singer feather weight sewing machines. Then I looked a free stuff, just to see what is out there. Oh boy, I'm hooked.
My other new addiction is the blog The Pioneer Woman. Ever since I discovered this blog a week or so ago, I find myself returning over and over. Reading about Ree's dogs and other animals, her children and husband, the photography and garden. You name it, she's got it on there and it's fun to read. A friend emailed earlier in the week to ask if I was OK since I hadn't been posting. Well, the main reason had been knee pain when I sit at my computer upstairs, but I had been on the computer a lot during that time down stairs. When I was, I was looking at what was going on in the life of the Pioneer Woman! There is definite trouble on my horizon. I may even end up needing an intervention.

I will have to keep an eye out for a featherweight on my local Craig's List, I have always longed for one. This may just be the year.
Good luck Patty! I hope you find one. I've found several, but I haven't gotten one from Craigslist yet. I have a couple of FW (one is with my daughter-in-law) and have a couple of other machines too. So it's hard to justify spending on another machine, but if I find one that's really crazy priced, I'll try for it anyway.
Ha! That is too funny! BTW, I don't know if it sold yet or not, but that FW on Houston's CL is still listed -- $200. I have it bookmarked if you want me to send it to you. Love, Teresa (not Spartacus)
I can't believe my mother got you addicted to craigslist. The whole lot of you (you, my mom, mollie) are crazy.
Love, Tacky Butt ;)
